How do your clothes fit?

Most of our garments are designed to be true to size unless otherwise specified. We recommend checking the size chart before placing your order.

How long will my order take?

Production takes 1–2 weeks. After production: Lagos same day; Interstate and International: 5–7 working days. Allow an extra 2–3 days before contacting us, as courier delays may occur.

What are your shipping rates?

Shipping costs depend on your location and are calculated at checkout. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Do you deliver worldwide?

Yes, we deliver worldwide via DHL.

Do you accept custom or bulk orders?

We do not accept fully custom orders, but we can tweak existing designs to suit your style. For bulk orders, please email yenolabelhq@gmail.com.

Will I have to pay duties and taxes?

Any customs or import duties are charged upon arrival in your destination country and must be paid by the recipient. These are not covered by YENO LABEL. We recommend contacting your local customs office for current charges before ordering.

How are fabrics sourced?

We use carefully sourced fabrics and materials, and support local artisans by involving them as key contributors in our production process with fair wages.
